Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, express shipping options are available. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent needs, we offer overnight shipping. Orders placed before 12 PM EST will be delivered the next business day.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination.
  • Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping is free for orders over $50. A flat rate of $5 applies for orders under $50. Express and overnight shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping times apply.

Delayed or Lost Orders

  • Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate your order. If it cannot be found, we will issue a replacement or refund.
