Refund & Cancellation

At Pēil Dermaceuticals, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return or cancel your order. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Refund Policy

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at peil.derma@outlook.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Once we receive your returned product and it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
  • Opened or used products that are not in their original condition

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at peil.derma@outlook.com with details of the issue and your order number.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at peil.derma@outlook.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

2. Subscription Cancellation

For customers enrolled in a subscription service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription settings or contact our customer service team at peil.derma@outlook.com. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that shipment.
